In a surprise move for all and unexpected he decided the Rachel O’Leary to buy Espresso Caffé famous from Jaime Wilson and that adds to the ownership Jaime Wilson sold Caffé Espresso on Friday to Rachel O’Leary. O’Leary worked in the Brown County Clerk of Court’s office for the last three years, but before that was a manager at Ten-O-One Club, also in downtown Green Bay. “I love this industry. I’ve been in it since I was 15,” she said. “It pulls you in once you work in the restaurant industry.” Terms of the sale were not announced. Wilson worked at the restaurant, 119 S. Washington St., for six years before buying it 21 years ago. “I’ve been on my feet for 45 years,” he said of his decision to retire, though it wasn’t an easy one. “Am I going to miss it? Incredibly. I’m already getting morose about it.” Wilson said downtown development makes him wish he were 10 years younger, in spite of a decline in business throughout the recession that reached it
